CAREER & EXPERIENCE: Alfred Benedict is the founding Chairman & Managing Director of ALLIED GREEN AMMONIA (AGA). Having been involved in several energy projects with top oil majors, traders, and consultants worldwide, Alfred has extensive knowledge about the energy industry and its operations.
With substantial experience, Alfred has been an active participant in energy since 1990. After holding various management and leadership roles in the energy sector for the past two decades, he possesses an abounding knowledge about the national and international business community.
Alfred acquired a broad vision for developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals by maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities. Alfred’s Mechanical Engineering background has also been utilized to assist other organizations on major construction engineering projects internationally.
QUALIFICATION & RECOGNITION: Alfred is a mechanical engineer with 32 years of experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and renewable energy industries. Working in over 20 countries in different management roles brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to the Green Ammonia project in Australia’s Northern Territory.
